Tous les soirs il manquait des serviettes de toilette, les draps n’étaient pas changés (1 fois en 10 jours sur notre demande) la clim faisait du bruit et celles des chambres voisines nous dérangeaient. L’avant dernière nuit lors d’un orage il a plu dans notre chambre ! Les petits déjeuners se terminaient le jours de Noël à la même heure que d’habitude et il n’y avait jamais aucun changement.

Would have been 5 stars, it was just a bummer the pool/jacuzzi were closed. Staff were incredible, great breakfast, nice soaker tub.

We stayed with our 4 kids for 3 nights and will definitely be coming back. The only hiccup was our fridge wasn’t working and they immediately brought us a new one. Great service, great stay!

Tried to stay here with my family for a night away from home. After showing up, we found that the pool was down for repairs (the main reason we booked the place). We politely asked to cancel the stay and get a refund. The desk made it seem like no problem, but when our booking site called to finalize the refund, Best Western refused and said the ticket is non-refundable. This place is a scam and squeezes each customer for anything they can. Even if their core amenities are down and they don’t let the public know. Stay away from this place, tons of better hotels and the same or better pricing. We stayed right down the road and it was much better than this place.

Hello Mark!Thank you for taking the time to rate and review our property. We apologize for the inconvenience of the pool being closed. We do repairs on the spa facility during the winter, since there isn't much demand for the pool, but because of the rain we haven't been able to get the city to go through a health and safety inspection of the facilities. We have no problem issuing a refund on our end, but since you booked your reservation through expedia and paid through the third party they would be the ones to refund your card.Thank you so much and have a great day!

I had to call front desk to let them know that the room upstairs was making alot of noice and it was past 1am, my daughter could not fall a sleep. The towels had hair on them. The sofa-bed was very uncomfortable. Just a horrible experience.

We apologize for the inconvenience of the noise created by another guest, we are able to call them and let them know about the noise complaint. Regarding the towels we will have a meeting with housekeeping and make sure that everything continues to go through thorough inspection. The sofa beds are thinner than a mattress, but we are able to provide extra comforters to make it more comfortable to sleep on. We hope you have a great day!

Old property - beds had flat sheet instead of a fitted so it would slip. No extra blankets and we were cold. Was clean
