Not very pet friendly at all bad choice

They had rat poison behind the pool equipment, my daughters dog ended up eating some of We saw the rat poisoning in the garage when we were leaving we wasn’t sure what it was that she ate now we know seven days later she was in the hospital going to die. It took $8500 vet bill to keep her alive not pet friendly at all very upset

We genuinely appreciate your feedback, and the homeowner would like to share the following:-We are deeply sorry for what happened to your daughter's dog. Our pest control company informed us of evidence of rodents outside of the home near the pool equipment. Although I relayed this information to our maintenance team and expected them to handle it using traps, I never anticipated they would resort to using poison. As a pet-friendly home, we take pride in providing a safe environment for all our guests and their beloved pets.-Having visited the property shortly after your stay with our dog, we understand the importance of ensuring a toxin-free environment. We are committed to never using hazardous chemicals on the property again.Thank you for your valuable feedback and we are dedicated to preventing such incidents in the future.

Relaxing stay

Havasu spring break

Easy to get to,

Only negative was it was located on a very busy street, cars and vehicles all night long, TV worked one night out of the the we stayed, rest or the use of house was nice for the four of us

Lake Havasu Balloon Festival
Posted Jan. 29, 2024 on HomeAwayThe property was clean but the electric plug in the master bedroom was not working because the breaker was tripped. Also none of us could figure out how to use the TVs which was a blessing except for watching the football games.
There was also exposed wiring for fans in all bedrooms and we found an earbud in the windowsill.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this property, I was able to have my dog, secure fenced in yard and pool made it convenient and nice just to relax without even having to leave. I would rent this house again without hesitation.

Weekend staycation
Posted Sep. 25, 2023 on HomeAwayCame down for the weekend with the family and had a great time, great house that suited our needs and close to everything. We just wish the pool was heated, was too cold swim in in September. Will definitely book again.
