The issue with the property is that they told us at 10pm after waiting hours that they didn't have a room for us. We drove in from 6 hours away for our daughter's graduation, arrived at 10pm and walked into chaos. The computers were down, they couldn't make room keys, there was one young person at the desk who had to go to every room with a physical master key to let people in, they had no record of who or what rooms were occupied and after making us stand there for an hour he just stepped back and said "We don't have rooms for any of you, I'm sorry"
I felt awful for this poor kid - his manager left him, no-one was available to help him, and there was literally nothing he could do. But I have not heard one word from the hotel, or Marriott about his after calling twice, making sure we are not charged/refunded.
That left us searching half the night to try to find somewhere to stay, (myself, wife, and son). THey offered no options, didn't call other properties, they jsut said "sorry, you are on your own".
Then....when I tried to call Marriott they told me this location is an independent franchise and there is nothing they can do!!!!!
WHat the heck is the point of putting the Marriott name on the property if they can't even respond to "sorry you drove here 6 hours and its late at night but you are out of luck..."
Again, the guy at the desk was doing what he could, but the hotel left him in a terrible position and there has been no follow-up.

Not the best stay
Posted Jan. 7, 2024 on HotelsOur hotel shower did not work and only a small spray of water came out, the toilet didn't work properly, and the front desk clerk upon check in came from the back, unaware that we had walked in.

Nothing unique. A hotel, is a hotel. But, Staff were extremely cordial and friendly.

Very disappointed
Posted Nov. 5, 2023 on HotelsDid Not get the room I’ve paid for! Also my reservation should include breakfast for 2. The hotel had a little Starbucks but not a breakfast included. The receptionist was very surprised that the breakfast should be included. Reserved a room with King bed and a double sofa bed but the sofa bed was not there!
