Hotel room and washroom were not properly cleaned. Washroom smelt like a sewer. Would not recommend!

I book this hotel for my parents stay for our relatives wedding since this hotel is just 10 minutes away from the wedding venue. They have a great stay here so far.

It was a very nice place to be. But i need to work on some of the new staff so they can change the bedding everyday..

Not worth a penny!
Publié le 1 févr. 2024 sur HotelsPoor hotel management! We arrived exactly 3PM and we were met up with a long line of people that wanted to check-in in the hotel. We booked three rooms and when we already been checked-in we get three rooms in three differet floors. The worst case scenario is we can’t visit each other, because our key card can’t access the other floors where our family stays!
Then we decided after we checked-in that we walked a tour to beach, and there we were informed that we cannot enter the hotel beach because we didn’t have any wristband with us! We talked to the hotel staff and showed him our key card with the hotel name with it. He didn’t care even! They should have told us when we checked-in, so we didn’t walk there with our poor daughter! During check-in, we didn’t get any information about beach wristband and what floor the swimming pool is. We had to figure it out. Then when we decided we wanted to get a shower before we’ll have dinner with family, we can’t go to shower beacuse we didn’t any towels in our room. We called the hotel staff on the telephone twice and complained about it but it took a while before we got the towels. And my wifes sister also needed towels and they got it first after 10PM when they called the staff about it. Really poor service. Won’t stay again here! We stayed in so many other hotels, but never experiences this one so bad! And this is the first time we complained about a hotel because it was too much!

Clean Safe and Modern but Showers need work.

We were put on the 18th floor of what seemed like a brand new building. Perhaps that's why there was poor water pressure in the showers making showers a chore.
