Don't ever stay at this casino and hotel. I am a players club member, and have been for years, but still expected to pay full price. I booked through Travelocity and saved $49, and once I went to checkout they tried charging me $59 extra for amenities. I was only in my room from 5 am until check out at 11am and never used anything in the room other than the bed. It was like they realized that I didn't pay full price and used a 3rd party booking they had to find someway to still get their money for the room and made up a bogus amenities charge. I will never go to that casino or resort again.

Hollywood Hotel
Posted Mar. 15, 2024 on HotelsWhole place could use an extensive cleaning. Room with carpet stains, hole in bed linens, rotten windows. Service was good but room not worth the money they charge. Recommend staying at the Double Tree. Much nicer hotel for a lot less money.
