Publié le 30 juin 2023 sur HotelsBig room with quality bedding and towels. Only odd thing is no AC and old school radiators but it is Leeds after all. Very easy to get to from motorway yet very easy walk into town and the bars/restos by the canals.

Not worth it
Publié le 12 févr. 2024 sur HotelsHotel needs a refresh. Our stay was quite uncomfortable - the rooms were very warm but if you have the window open you get a lot of noise from the busy main road.
The pillows are awful to sleep on! They were lumpy so I called reception to ask if we could have some others - the man who was working was just so rude. He responded with “no, all of the pillows are the same in this hotel”. I asked him if they were all lumpy and he just repeated himself.
The showers were slow and not modern, one spray and if you turn the hot water too hot it makes an awful screeching noise.
The only nice experience I had was the lady on reception who gave me directions to the train station.
I’m sorry I won’t be returning here again.
