They told me that if I didn't pay 90.00 by 4 o'clock Thursday the 15th that the room would not be booked. So Saturday the 17th we booked at another hotel. Monday when we were home I noticed a change of 89.00 to my bank account from Quality Inn Lenexa. I called them and asked why I was charged for the room and they told me because I hadn't called and cancelled the room I was still charged the booking fee. The desk clerk told me to call back Tuesday the 20th before 9qm and talk to the manager. I called at 8 am and the manager said he was on the phone and would call me back ASAP. I called again at 9 am and the clerk said the manager was still on the phone and that he would call me back as soon as he could. The manager never called.

Came up for the Super Bowl parade. Hotel was what you would want at this price-clean room, clean building. Bed could have been softer, but that’s a matter of preference. Staff was friendly and check-in was easy. Breakfast was decent, too.

The towels are very old. Bedding was not changed for a multi-night stay. Worst gravy I've ever seen at a hot breakfast and breakfast was broken down immediately leaving some guests without. The hot tub water was greenish and needed a change. Finally, the hotel was not very busy and the front desk put guests in adjacent rooms when they could have spread them out to lessen noise and disruption.

We had gnats in our bathroom sink and bugs crawling on our mini fridge. There was no heat on when we checked into our room, so it was freezing.

Friendly staff great facilities. No salt was laid and most of the parking lot wasn't plowed I got stuck for a second.

Alex was working the front desk. He made sure he had every single thing we needed before we even asked. You have one WONDERFUL employee. He even remembered my name from last March. I cant wait to bring my boys back for spring break. This is now our go to hotel in KC. Thank You for a great NYE pretrip!
