The 5th floor hallway kind of smells like rainbow trout.

Friendly and efficient staff.

I was a bit impatient initially because there were three customers before me, and I was so tired and hungry. There is only one staff member at the counter. But Debbie (the receptionist ) apologized before I even opened my mouth. So it melted my heart, and I forgot everything. But overall, I rated 9/10

Checked in, paid up and signed everything and then the front desk clerk informed us that the hot tub isn't working but they could provide us with a key to go across the parking lot to another hotel to use theirs (in windy Lethbridge, in January, brrrrrr, no thanks). It would have been really nice if that was mentioned before we paid and signed, so we could decide then if we wanted to just book somewhere else. The pool and hot tub were the main reasons that we booked. Went to our room and the heating unit was squealing. Called down to the very friendly desk clerk and he spoke with his manager and they did provide us with a full refund and we left, but what an inconvenience that was. Definitely won't ever be booking here again.

That is unfortunate that, although a mild inconvenience, and after my staff went out of their way to accommodate you with either enjoying our sister property or a full refund, you score their hard work so low and indicate that you won't ever be back. It is always disappointing that my team's hard work is wasted to be scored so low for a 10 minute stay.
