The areas around the hotel are not very welcoming. The check in was great! The hotel bar area and staff needs to improve on cleanliness and service.

Everything was excellent, except for the parking garage. Not easy to get to and from the hotel.

Was long hairs stuck in the sink. And on the bathroom floor. Stayed several times before. Nothing like that.

Overnight stay

We were there for a concert at rupp arena and the covered walkways over to the arena from the hotel were wonderful! Our trip was great all around. Only two elevators in the hotel were working, however we never had to wait long at all to get on one. The front desk workers were friendly and very helpful. Our rooms were clean and up to date and the beds were so comfortable. The only complaints I have were how loud the traffic could be at times throughout the night echoing off the buildings, but that isnt the hotels fault, and how hard it was to find a parking spot in their parking garage. Lots of people thought they needed to take up multiple spots for one vehicle, they need to have someone keeping a better eye on that especially when they are charging what they are for guest parking. Also they probably had over 20 spots that are reserved for condo parking, not sure where the condos are located, but most of the spots were empty, but we weren't allowed to park there and they also had it opened for event parking so we, as guest, were competeing with nonguest for parking in our hotel parking garage. It took forever to find a spot. We will definitely stay here again but they really need to rethink their parking garage parking thats suppose to be for their guest first.

While the elevators were being worked on, we never had to wait long for one. Room was cool and comfortable. Ate downstairs at the bar, service was great, food came quick and tasted great. Would stay again😊
