There was clearly a dog in the room first. Smelled of dog pee, had claw and bite marks on the broken bathroom door. The chair was clawed up and coming apart. The toilet ran all night and day. The smell just hit you in the face and was impossible to cover. I understand it was a cheaper hotel but it was disgusting. Cancelled my next reservation here and booked a different hotel.

I pleasent stay

The room got clean towels once. The ac/heater didn’t work. The floor was dirty and not mopped. The beds only had one pillow each. The persons at the desk were not very friendly. Definitely will not rebook there.

This hotel was the dirtiest and worst hotels I have ever stayed in. I would not recommend anyone bringing their familiy or themselves to stay at this hotel. Absolutely horrendous.

Staff accused me of smoking in my room because of “complaints “ I didn’t answer my door at midnight ( I was traveling by myself) I was denied a second night stay because I smoked in the room , which is not true….I DO NOT smoke. I will never stay here or any other RedRoof hotel for that matter
