When we arrived we attempted to speak french to staff despite not being very good at it and they spoke back to us in fluent english. Rooms were spacious and clean.

2xsingle beds plastic mantras cover very uncomfortable madras’s topper kept moving and uncomfortable otherwise great

Just had an amazing stay at this hotel. Easily walkable from Eurostar station. Lovely restaurant close by 'Pancook' and across the road from the entrance to Zenith arena where we saw James Blunt concert. Main tourist/shopping area also easily walkable from hotel. Hotel was quiet, clean and our room was very big with opening balcony door onto Juliet style balcony. Staff were very friendly, breakfast was lovely. Would definitely stay again and would not hesitate to recommend.

Good clean hotel in the center of town. Somewhat complicated to find in a car as there are many one way streets and pedestrian streets in Lille.
