We had a nice stay at the hôtel. The employees were lovely. We had a nice Big room, with a gaz fireplace, the bathroom was spacious. And the breakfast was Amazing. I wish we had brought a bathing suit to try the pool and hottub.

Tthe only disappointment we had was the hot tub was not working and after our long week we were looking forward to getting in.

Planned a little gateway to get the kids out. Single parent, one income family. They were so excited to stay in a hotel where they can swim all day and just get their energy out.
Come to find out the pool was out of service as well as the hot tub. Very disappointed.
Fire alarm was out of control. Kept going off during the night. Could not sleep at all. The staff kept saying It was a false alarm, but it kept going off. All the guest were checking just as much as I was.
Elevator was not working either. Had to take all the luggages and personal stuff up the stairs, very inconvenient with little ones.
Staff was very nice though, can’t complain there.
