Great room. Real downside is the number of lifts. For such a large hotel there are not enough and to allow a broken lift to remain unfixed for over 24 hours is poor management

I was privileged to meet the General Manager, Howard Lewis and the hospitality I received can’t be rated. I’ll highly recommend Paddington Hotel to everyone visiting Liverpool. Best to ever do it ❤️
