i expect worst but i was surprise it was good only bed was uncomfortable and room cold and you must bring everything with you towels....

There was ants in our room.. The chalet was dirty overall it was a shambles

Total dump and a health risk

This place should be closed down immediately, it is a risk to life and health. Electricals have not been PAT tested for years, power sockets hanging out of the walls, rooms are filthy, furniture ripped and in poor repair. We were forced to move rooms 3 times, we offered to pay extra to stay in "upgraded" rooms but this was refused, in reality there were no better rooms. Staff were uninterested and the "Duty manager Tony", refused to deal with the situation and dismissed us in a flippant manner. One of our party opted to return home due to the unacceptable state of our room. Avoid at all costs, you will regret staying at this dump.
