One night stay

Had not hot water and they couldn't fix it due to the fact they dont have spare keys to their own property.

I am so sorry for your experience, unfortunately the previous guest had lost or mislaid the other key to your room. This has since been sorted out.

Disappointed
Publié le 1 avr. 2022 sur HotelsYea chose the biggest room for my family staying. But the photos in the web is so different from real! So dirty and bad. Well..at least the toilet is acceptable. Long staircase and no way to lift up to the room at all!

Disgusting and horrible place to stay

Just to mention some of the problem we faced was:
-The shower is blocked;
-Towel holder is broken;
-Toilet paper holder is broken;
-Microwave and fridge are dirty
-The curtains are disgusting...

Laundry facilities were a plus and a few shops in the area. I had an issue which was addressed the next day so communication was good.
Room was tidy but small and the tv was placed on the wall at an angle which made it hard to watch. It had a faint scent of cigarette. Good for an overnight stay only.
