Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l’hôtel, le personnel agréable et à l’écoute. Les petits déjeuners sont variés avec beaucoup de choix, un vrai régal. En revanche, nous avions une chambre familiale et les enfants ont dormi sur un canapé lit, le matelas était tellement fin qu’on sentait tous les ressorts. La 1ere nuit a été difficile, ils avaient mal au dos mais le lendemain, ils nous ont rajouté des couches et ils ont bien mieux dormi. Les chambres sont modernes, belles et spacieuses. On garde un très bon avis et on recommande.

Parfait.
Chambre familiale très propre, spacieuse et confortable.
Dommage que l’on entende un peu les bruits extérieurs malgré le double vitrage (chambre au 6e côté rue)

Excellent hôtel, service inégal
Publié le 15 févr. 2023 sur HotelsNous avons eu une excellente expérience globale à l'hôtel. Il est bien situé dans la ville, près de la Tube de Tower Hill. Les chambres étaient confortables et nous n'avons rencontré aucun problème. La nourriture au restaurant est excellente et le personnel était très serviable et gentil. Cependant, l'expérience a été entachée par le fait que le service au restaurant était très décevant - pas en termes de serviabilité mais en raison d'être assez désorganisé. Que ce soit pour le déjeuner ou le super, le service était semé d'embûches ou d'incohérences - c'était comme si le restaurant venait d'ouvrir pour la première fois la veille et personne ne savait quoi faire. Cela aurait pu être une phase de transition du restaurant mais j'ai été choqué de voir à quel point le service était incohérent. Cela ne veut pas dire que le personnel était méchant mais toujours incohérent - très frustrant. La nourriture/chefs étaient cependant excellents - tout était délicieux, y compris un espresso très savoureux.

Un bel établissement à 2 pas du Tower Bridge
