Excellent location and value. The studio and kitchen was fitted with everything we needed for a 10-day stay. Good transit connections too.

Great Apartments

Really pleasant stay in one bed studio Great views of Isle of dogs, the 56th floor has great facilities. Only stayed for one night but will definitely be back for longer next time. In striking distance of the O2 which was part of reason for stay going to Gig.

The property was as advertised, spacious rooms and excellent location. All appliances were operational and high quality. However, the noise from wind made it impossible to sleep for at least 4 out of 7 nights we stayed there. We were told that there was nothing they could do as the building moves and there is simply too much wind. they did offer earplugs. However, this was not mentioned anywhere and for travelers that work, and are usually jet lagged this just makes adapting to timezone really difficult.

Rude staff.

The stay was great however, we enquired about a late check out as we were checking in quite late at night. We were told that would not be a problem. The next morning we called the helpline given on the hotels.com app to re-confirm that late check out and lines were engaged from 9am. We then had a member of security at 11am shouting at my partner to vacate the room. The security guard was extremely rude and told my partner to go to the reception to sort out the late checkout. We were at this point trying to finishing getting ready to vacate. The behaviour of the security guard ruined the stay in the morning and we will not be staying here again.
