Perfect location for an early trip from Euston station, room looks nice but… Pillows were awful so repeatedly woke up, air con unit made intermittent banging throughout the night but turning it off made the room too warm, shower didn’t drain so had to stand for a few mins to be able to open the door without flooding the room, kettle leaked as did the mug for my tea. For almost £200 a night,I expected more than a clean room

Reasonable for the price.

I stayed in room 003, and was staying as I was visiting London clients. So as a place just to sleep and shower in the morning it was fine. It however was getting a bit tired and in need of some repairs. The laminate floor had parts missing and other parts had had various repairs. The tape in the sink was loose, so you had to be careful using it. The shower drain cover was damaged, so floated away when showering. So a little tlc needed.

Location was fantastic and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean but felt very minimalist and not welcoming or cosy. No carpet or rugs, just hard flooring, no wardrobe just hooks on the wall, and we hated the bathroom. It was just the end section of the room, screened by one long frosted glass panel through which you could still actually see the person sitting on the toilet. Not their face but their silhouette sitting there on the toilet! Not nice! Plus the paint was peeling off the walls
