I booked this on Expedia and when I arrived the pics which were on he website do not match the hotel .It is conveniently located for walking to St Pancreas and Euston station.The hotel itself should not be called a hotel ,It is dirty ,old and rundown the toilet and bath can’t fit anyone bigger than 4 stone..The sockets look like a fire waiting to happen..The rooms look like cockroaches live in every corner.Also a £10 fe is requested on checking in for the key,this was not mentioned.This place need to be shut done.The manager on duty was nice to let me in early because it was raining and there was no place to drop off suitcase.Even if you only need a place to rest ur head to get to the airport early there are better options near by which are roughly in the same price range this place is horrible .

Simple and effective
Posted Feb. 5, 2024 on HotelsThe rooms are small. However, we were down for a night to watch theatre and is in great location (Russell Square tube) and we were barely there so it didn’t matter. The bathroom again is small but it is all we required.
Only negative there was no mirror in the room to help get ready etc.

No real reception, old and uncomfortable bed (& uneven). They don't come in and clean regularly. They don't have bathmats, hand towels etc.

Awful hotel, would not recommend.
Posted Dec. 30, 2023 on HotelsWould not recommend this hotel at all. The outside of the hotel was dirty, the front door was surrounded by litter and old clothes! We arrived a little before iur check in time and asked if we could keave our two small backpacks at the hotel, we were rudely told there is no storage for bags and we should not have arrived before 2pm. The staff member who spoke to us was rude and aggressive.
The hotel looks nothing like the pictires on the Hotels.com website, it is vey small, dark and cramped and in need of updating/painting.

Dear guest, thank you for your feedback. With all due respect you arrived at 9am which was before the stated check in time. We had advised we did not have any storage facilties on the premises. The pictures on hotels.com are an accurate description of the hotel advertised. The hotel is a budget value based hotel and is priced adequately. Many thanks

there are no attached washrooms (Ensuites). We had go to ground floor to use washrooms and also the washroom condition was not good.

Thank you for your feedback. We offer some basic rooms at a lower price point for affordability without bathrooms. London is very expensive so these rooms are good for those on a budget. We ensure our bathrooms are thoroughly cleaned. Thank you
