Owner Mikle and assistant Helena they were going above and beyond to answer any questions we had. We forgot and lock our keys inside the rooms and the y didn’t hesitate to get their copies and unlock our rooms. Besides all he upgrade for free our regular room to a suit. We are highly recommend Mitre House Hotel for their stuff, hotel cleanliness and their location.

We have stayed at this property several times for our weekend in London. Friendly staff, good breakfast. Parking facilities available. We use public transport to get into central London to see a musical then on Sunday enjoy a walk through Hyde Park then taking in the sites such as Buckingham Palace through to Covent Garden. Look forward to our next stay.

The hotel is very dated but it’s clean and the staff are excellent being able to park is a bonus There are some great places to eat nearby and with a tube station and Hyde park close by it’s perfect for exploring
