Liked the location and cleanness
Did not like: not enough towels, no tissue paper, very noisy from the street

Ingesamt waren wir mit dem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden. Jedoch muss man anmerken, dass die Kommunikation für den Check in schlecht war und wir erst über das Anrufen der Notfallnummer einchecken konnten. Des Weiteren ist die Wohnung sehr hellhörig. Man kann die Flugzeuge draußen hören und was im Stockwerk über einem passiert.

Terrible communication from staff

But the cons really outweigh the pros.
They have a WhatsApp number you can message to communicate as there is no front desk staff. They NEVER respond to any of your messages. I believe they also stole one of my deliveries and have stopped responding to me. When you call their emergency hotline it goes to the Hyde park location who tell you that they can’t do anything to help because it’s not their location.
The place wasn’t properly cleaned upon arrival. Pillow cases had makeup stains on them and dishes had left over crumbs and stains from the previous guests. Pretty gross.
This would be a nice place if staff and cleaning were up to par.
