Maybe the room services are not the best of the world (some days they just don't come and tidy up the room), but the stay is very enjoyable

Great location. The dining room/bar was being renovated so that the food service was in the corridor. Apart from that, everything was OK.

Séjour tout à fait satisfaisant.
les + zone calme, acces londres facile, propre, Spa, petit dej, accueil
les - (petits) : conseils pour restauration dans le quartier, anecdotes : les 2 fausses alertes incendie et dommage de ne pas avoir de zone détente intérieur durant le séjour car travaux en cours,

Idéalement situé

Quartier calme, options de restauration à proximité.
Piscine propre, sauna, hammam, tout était réuni poru passer un bon moment. Seul bémol, il n'y a pas assez de rangements pour une famille de 4 personnes mais à priori l'hôtel se fait un coup de jeune l'année prochaine et ça sera amélioré.
Je finirais en remerciant Jessica à l'accueil qui était trés agréable.

Nous avons apprécié Accueil sympathique, belles chambres spacieuse, petit déjeuner de qualité et varié bar et restaurant ouverts tard le soir, environnement calme et propre très proche de la gare de Paddington d’où l’on va partout avec un oyster. Dommage que la piscine ferme à 20h, c’est à peu près l’heure que l’on rentre de balades il faudrait au minimum 22h pour en profiter pleinement et se relaxer après une bonne journée de visite.
