I had an average experience. Though the room was what I expected, I was moved twice and then there was confusion over the number of breakfasts I requested and when I wanted to receive them. The person who served me on my final morning hadn't been informed by his manager about my breakfasts so was never prepared and when it was served, I received a 2pt carton of milk instead of a jug of milk with my breakfast. I advise visitors to check the bookings in their records.

Nice Hotel in leafy suburb

As it is not only manned at certain hours of the day, the check in window wasnt ideal for our party, particularly if you are visiting London for the day etc. However the place is spotless and very comfortable. Nice 15 minute walk into the town. Can highly recommned the Charcoal Grill Turkish Restaurant in the town!

Posted Sep. 10, 2015 on HotelsPerfectly adequate hotel for short stay. Rooms/bathrooms are small but comfortable. Location is very convenient for Overground into centre. Price represents good value for London.
