We had a problem with the sink in the bathroom which was blocked and the personnel reacted quickly and proposed us to change room and in the new room all worked as expected.
So, thank you for your reactivity.

Publié le 25 mai 2018 sur HotelsHôtel bien situé, commerces, restaurants et bars à proximité. La station de gare Victoria se trouve à environ 25/30min en métro. Chambre pas très grande mais salle de bains spacieuse. Personnel accueillant.

Publié le 5 mars 2024 sur HotelsRoom was pretty filthy. Dried blood splattered on bathroom floor, toothpaste splattered on mirror, the shower tray was rank with gunk. Only 1 side light working. Rely run down, but just very dirty overall. The whole room was just nasty.
