Pros close to the Elizabeth rail line, and 30mins to main attaction London Eye area. Easy access going to the airport since the train line is connected to the airport The room is clean Cons Not quiet. The door is thin anyone can hear your business VERY Clearly. I am not sure if its worth the price 😅 I didnt like the fact that the door requires card 10pm after.

The room was adequate- decent double bed and ensuite shower room. The location is great, feels safe and close to transport. However, the cleanliness was not good: stain on bed sheets, grit in shower and food on surfaces. As we entered the room there was an overwhelming smell of damp. We had to keep the window open overnight. Unfortunately we needed to leave soon after checking in and returned late at night, so didn't have a chance to report this. I therefore cannot comment on how the team would have dealt with this and thus have not rated this as low as I would have, as there was not a chance for it to be rectified.
