There are better Hotels for the Price

Confusion at check in again being a gold member didn’t have any benefit's if they offer you room 5003 decline it as it is awful poor service from the lounge bar staff

As an esteemed gold member, your satisfaction is important to us, and, regrettably, your stay did not meet your expectations.We are sorry to hear that room #5003 was not up to your expectations. While each of our rooms is designed to provide comfort and convenience, we understand that everyone's preferences differ. Although, we are delighted to see that 1 of your reservations was upgraded to a Premium King room during check-in. We understood that while checking in, you were offered a different selection of rooms but you preferred to stay on the same floor with your family. Later, after you shared your disappointment about the room with the receptionist. You were offered to move to another Superior Queen room right the way. However, you refused due to you were in a rush. We truly appreciate your feedback about the room, as it provides us with the opportunity to improve.In addition, your concerns about the lounge bar service have been taken into account. We aim to offer attentive and efficient service, and, unfortunately, we fell short during your stay.All your observations are valuable to us and help us continuously enhance the experiences of all our guests. Very rude bar staff

Decent hotel, but we were completely put off by one of the guys behind the bar. He was bizarrely rude to my girlfriend out of nowhere. Very strange.

Amazing staff & beautiful breakfast. Really comfy pillows & bedding. Air con works & can open the window at the same time - bonus as we love a cold room. Definitely will return!
