Always lovely and prepared rooms. High quality soaps, equipment, coffee, etc. Easy to feel welcomed and rest easy knowing things are handled properly.

Was okay but had to move rooms because the first had stains on floor and bed, second was okay but still not great for the amount we paid. Also had to pay £150 security deposit but was not told about it beforehand. Overall was okay

Great hotel in an excellent location. Easy access to the underground. A few shops over the road selling groceries and essentials. Only a few minor clearing issues in the bathroom. Other than that, excellent.
