Was expecting something a little ‘grungy’ so near to the main stations - was I wrong! This is an outstanding hotel: the room, although compact was beautifully decorated and looked as though everything was new. The little bathroom efficiently provided a toilet, basin, and shower, and the hotel provided complimentary coffee and tea making facilities in the room. The location was very quiet and within 5 minutes walking distance of St Pancras and King’s Cross mainline stations and underground.
The staff were very helpful and friendly, check in and check out were very easy. I highly recommend The Jesmond Dene to anyone looking for a convenient but quiet location with access to dining and major transport in the area.

The room was clean and well maintained. The staff we saw we polite and helpful.

We were welcomed by lovely staff who took us to our apartment and gave us some handy hints for tourists. Really friendly.
The apartment suited us as a family of 5. Kitchen facilities meant we could have breakfast before we left. Thanks for a great stay
