Lovely property in great location, so convenient to underground, shops, Kensington Park. Some traffic noise. Super clean, super comfy bed, nice toiletries. Staff were lovely - super helpful. Because of style of property, public areas are a bit cramped.

A dream team

Location, room, cleanliness etc. were all very good (even the lower ground floor room was fine), but the team was what really set my stay apart. They were absolutely fantastic. I have not seen a friendlier, warmer team from start to finish. Will come again - especially for the lovely team!
