I didn't like how housekeeping entered my room when I wasn't there, without my permission.

While we strive to respect our guests' privacy at all times, it seems there was a miscommunication in this instance. We understand that you did not have the "Do Not Disturb" (digital red light) on your door but we recognize that this does not excuse our oversight. Our housekeeping team is dedicated to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and comfort for all our guests everyday, like guest in need of fresh towels etc. Again, your comfort and privacy are paramount to us and we deeply regret any inconvenience this may have caused you. Property staff is very attentive and excellent communication skills as far as going above and beyond accommodating guest .

Good place to stay

Lovely, clean and modern facility and room. Good bed and lots of space in the king size room we had. Quiet. Nice breakfast. Good secure parking. Only issue is the area isn't that nice and not somewhere you want to be walking after dark. Overall we would stay here again.
