Book your hotel through its website

Don’t recommend this hotel for families. First of all, I don’t recommend to book through Expedia or Hotels.com, you better book through hotels website (any of you interest) not only because is quite MORE EXPENSIVE but because they won’t solve any issue rather if you negotiate directly with the hotel. To get to the pool or to have breakfast you have to go on the public street. It does not feel safe. Even if it is a non smoking hotel you can expect smoke everywhere (specially) in your room (even though none in your family smokes) we booked for 2 nights and had to cancel the second one. We paid $215 to Expedia (each night) and got refund $178 only because we run away after we realized that nothing that was offered was what we got. This look a lot more like a motel than a hotel.

Water running down the hallways, heavy rain but no protection even in front of your own room. Shoes got wet in the hotel's hallway. Room although clean but noisy, you could easily;y hear people next door through walls. Breakfast shabby at best. No Good AT ALL.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I loved the location - I could walk most places I needed to get to. The property is a bit older but has been updated & renovated, so it felt nice, and it was comfortable. The room above me was pretty noisy - I could hear every little thing they were doing - I wonder if the management could stagger having people in rooms not above/below each other to help minimize noise. The only other little complaint is that the water pressure was pretty poor. But overall, I enjoyed staying here and will stay here again on future trips!
