I wish I could rate the staff more than 5 stars. They are excellent Hotel in great Little Italy area lots of fun stores and great restaurants

Perfect location for LA Cruises port. Room was clean but tired. Friendly and helpful staff. Good area for an overnight.

Friendly staff. Clean. A bit worn around the edges. But they’ve implemented safety features that make this an excellent place to stay. The shower was adequate. But we like the place

Run Down Hotel

The hotel NEEDS a lot of work. It is really run down. The service was equivalent to the room rate but the condition of the hotel was that of a $100 room vs $300.
