This is a "Digital Hotel" so there is NO staff on property to help you if needed. Also there is an EXTREMELY LOUD Shisha bar and night club that plays music from 11pm - 4am about 50 ft. from the door of the upper hotel rooms. The patrons of that club use the bathroom facilities on the property and are very drunk and loud. Our room was not as advertised - it said there was a bed and a pullout couch to sleep 3 but there was no pullout couch and it only slept 2 people. We ended up having to leave the hotel and stay at another one since it was so loud at night we could not sleep. The folks on the phone did what they could which was basically refund us since they are not on property. Really disappointing. I would not recommend and will not stay again.

Unfortunately, the party took place on an adjacent, separate property and we had no prior knowledge of it or ability to prevent the gathering. Not only do we make sure our high standards are adhered to in order to make sure our guest have a comfortable and peaceful stay. The views of the city from our room were awesome! The highlight of our stay was enjoying dinner and drinks at Yamaahiro...it was a wonderful experience!

Upon arrival, finding the entrance was a little tricky. You do actually have to drive onto the restaurant property but then stay to the left to find the hotel gate. I also wasn’t prepared for the fact that there was no elevator, which can be tricky if you have a lot of luggage. The size of the room was great and the the view was amazing. The bed was very comfortable and nice bathroom amenities. Cleanliness could have been a little better. The floor felt dirty. The restaurant right next door was a nice bonus. Again, amazing views. Overall the location is also great for getting around Hollywood. Would stay again.

Great hotel, little difficult to find, but rooms are huge and very nice. Great view of the city.

First room had a couple spiders moved to another unit. Bed towards our feet and a bunch of hairs and rusty bathroom faucet. The tub was clean but very worn out. My sleep was okay wouldn’t stay here again though
