Not what we thought but a nice unit
Posted Dec. 17, 2023 on HotelsUnit said it has an ocean balcony but balcony was on the unit next door. Bed was too soft and noise from one unit travels into the other

Apt C in much better condition than Apt B
The use of bleach to clean is overwhelming and not safe and I would recommend using less bleach and more vinegar. The windows need fixing and the a/c didn't work.
Lastly, I had to reach out to the team to get my instructions on getting into the apt the next day.

Thr smell of bleach was intolerable
Thr apt is old and tired
Thr biggest plus is thr location
With a little TLC thr place could shine

The smell of cleaning products dissipate quickly and usually the apartment is free of smells by the time you check in after 3pm.

Location was great, property unkept and dirty around the grounds. Inside apartment was adequate all the amenities that one would have in your home.

Thank you for enjoying our place. You stayed during a storm and of course since the property is located directly on the beach with the Ocean coming below the house during high tide, you are going to see sands on the grounds. While this is routinely cleaned, there is still the possibility to see more of it during a storm.
