The non-smoking room was extremely stinky of cigarettes smoke. Overall cleaning was poor and furniture was very old.

Honestly I was disappointed with the customer service of the hotel, they gave me a room that was damaged , the front door and bathroom door had punch holes and seemed like it had been kicked. When I called the front desk and asked why did they give me a damaged room they didn’t seem to care

The room is not maintained well at all! Bed uncomfortable bathroom had leaky faucet and didn’t drain well! Towels were old and very thin! They didn’t replace all the dirty stuff! Refrigerator was noisy! Chairs and couch were old and stained beside uncomfortable.

The lady at check in desk has an attitude, like she's in a bad mode, not just the check in time but next day at checkout time, even if she's owner, i will think that she shouldn't be at the desk,
