Very unsafe to travel alone. Left after first night. Noisy. Had to keep TV on.

Nicely upgraded but strong smells

The room had an overpowering smell of cleaning chemicals. We had to air it out for hours and it still smelled all night. We couldn’t get the tv to work either. We asked for a late check out. They gave us half an hour until 11.30. At 11:30 the phone rang and the employee just said 11.30. Nothing else. It was impersonal and abrupt. We were just walking out the door but they really rushed us out. The employees appear to all be Indian and while we enjoy Indian food, the lobby had an overpowering smell of it.

I like the hot tub in the room. The size is huge vompared to other in room tubs BUT it was kinda dirty my hubby spent about an hr to clean it so we could use it. Even the shower was dirty. It had lots of dust and the mattress was stained on the sofa bed and the sofa bed pillows. It wasnt dirty like this the 1st time we stayed. Probably wont be staying again.

A lot of all night noise from the traffic on Whittier Blvd. Plus there was a man under the influence of drugs out in the parking lot slamming his car, trunk, hotel doors! it went on for hours from 10:00pm - 3:00am. If not longer, he was walking around his car slamming the doors and making as much noise as he could possibly make. I was exhausted, never again will we stay there. The room was not as clean as we liked, the floors where dirty.

Not happy with stay

Place was dirty. Sticky floors. Bathroom floor had hair on the floor. Ball of hair next to table. Ketchup or bbq stains infront of couch. We went to tell the front desk and he went to tell the cleaning lady to go clean the room. She said it was another cleaning lady that cleaned that room not her. We had to leave and come back later. Came back amd it was better then it was. Not really clean. Not to happy but had to stay. No other placed had rooms for 3 nights in a row for us. We should get some sort of refund back because we left and had to come back later.

The room was not complete clean. They had to remove the food from the refrigerator and someone else socks. The ceiling had spider webs and was always smelling like weed. Felt sick all the time in the room.
