not very clean, not modern, needs heavy update, dirty, manager or owner has his hand out all the time, had to pay 60 extra to check in early, 2 hrs and be able to park my car, then day of check out at 11 could not leave the car there until 3pm unless 20 pay him to leave it. pictures not of some of the property, shows you nice pictures but you get there and its not so nice. I would stay away.

I had reserved an ADA accessible room but they did not furnish one nor did Travelocity do anything at all to fix the mistake. The property manager didn’t not care at all to address my concerns at all. The room was filthy and the tub had to railing or safety mat at all. It was dangerous. Very displeased with this property and how we were treated.

Quick stay in Long Beach

Our stay was on a Wednesday, arrived after 6pm and there was plenty of parking. I am not sure what it looks like in weekend, was worried, but I had no trouble getting a place to park. The attendant was easy to check-in. There was an elevator to take us up to our floor. Room was clean, it was dated a bit and the TV had only1 local channel. The tv was not connected to wifi, I did not try to contact staff. The hotel was for only one night, it was just to get rest and leave early in the morning. It worked for that purpose. Ok place to get rest. I did not use Air conditioning as it was cold outside and the inside was just the right temp for us. Checking out was easy. I did have to use credit card to leave a deposit. Deposit was returned the same day. No issues with my stay. There was hot water and the bed sheets were clean.

Cockroaches in the bathroom

It was pretty horrible, there was rust in the bathroom and there was cockroaches in the room. I wouldn’t stay here again.

The check-in process is antiquated and took forever. Required a $100 cash deposit to check-in and there is no ATM on-site. Then upon departure you are required to go back to front office to get the $100 back (after front desk confirms you did not smoke in your room). The hallway smelled clean and the room was clean. Parking area in the back alley is covered in urine. Rooms overlooking the alley can be noisy at night.
