Awful

I had a terrible stay due to my tv didn’t work I called the front desk 4 times and was told to push remote to 3.Then I was told to turn thectv off and on.The 3rd time I was told to unplug the tv and plug it back in I could not get to the plug in bc it was behind the entertainment center. I didn’t get much sleep bc I had no tv to watch and I could hear everything. I actually want a refund
