We had an issue with bed bugs. Despite being very busy the staff was able to accommodate a room change. The hotel was within walking distance from most tourist sites. CVS attached to the hotel was helpful with kids suffering from allergies. Free breakfast was good but very crowded. Free happy hour drinks was a nice perk.

Great property overall, room was clean and spacious. Amazing shower and the cooked to order breakfast was amazing!

Upon checkin mid-afternoon, there were no luggage carts to take items to room and with the parking off site everything had to ge removed from car in 1 trip. Check-in was average speed but was issued an incorrect room type and had to return to the desk again with all our things in tow to be issued a new room. 2 queen as reserved was unavailable but front desk manager made it right and issued us 2 adjoining rooms. Complimentary evening reception was a joke. Food was all gone by our arrival (halfway into the reception hours), drink line was very long & only allowed 2 complimentary drinks of bottom shelf alcohol, not enough table to sit at. Rooms were clean, bedding & linens were nice, mattresses comfortable, everything worked & hotel was in a great location. staff was friendly & felt safe in the surroundings. breakfast was good & had a nice variety - still hard to find a seat. checkout was easy & quick. valet was efficient.

Staff very nice! CVS next store is handy with walkability to restaurants. Complimentary airport shuttle.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable and the pillows were flat. We had super loud people next to us that kept us up the majority of one night, but that’s not the fault of the hotel. They did send security to their door multiple times. We wished the breakfast stayed open later and was able to accommodate more people at a time. The weekend was very busy and we had to wait in a really long line for food. The check in area is at the very back of the lobby and it seems as though people off the street come in and utilize the lobby to just hang out because there is no security or employees present to keep that from happening.
