1st time staying here. Excellent customer service. Breakfast was great, numerous choices. Very clean and felt safe.

Easy access to all the places we wanted to go during our stay. Good places to safely walk the dogs as well.

Front desk was vacant most of time. The person working was 'goofing' off somewhere most of time and even walked right past me when I was approaching desk to check out, ignored me and 'disappeared' wherever she goes to hide. Very unprofessional.

We waited at the check-in desk for somebody to come for 30 mins. Once we got our room, the tv did not work and there were not enough pillows. It was less than satisfactory stay.

Staff was great and very helpfull at check in. The room had ants and rolly polly bugs.
