It was alright until we wanted to extend our stay then they made things so complicated and deluted that we ended up just leaving, but not before they took $306.88 out of my account then when we asked for a refund there was magically 250 in damages which is quite convenient seeing as thats the amount they hold as a deposit

Property was very clean. It's older but spacious and was great for what I needed as far as space and condition. There was no coffeemaker in the unit though, and the dryer was broken. The parking situation is very odd--you have to park, go up to your unit, get a key fob, and then go repark in a garage, and do the same thing checking out. The check in process is unnecessarily complicated. It's also in a residential apartment building; the owners are not on-site.

There was no one on site to help in case of problems, frist day went to leave and could not get into the parking garage to our car to leave , had to wait in room because of the rain and then had to keep checking to see if they had the gates opened, no one ever told us when they opened the gates to get car out so we could get to our conference and we was late late late , we do not recommend this property, got Locked-out of the room the 2nd day, everything is done by texting,no human or robots on the property to help anyone with issues, we don’t recommend this property

The unit is in terrible shape. Doors down, ice make not working, air conditioning barely worked. Furniture was stained and carpet was old and very stained and dirty. Kitchen had stains all over the cabinets. Bed was comfortable. Property was full so they could not move us and there were no hotels available. Kasa staff were helpful, and tried to do the best they could. On property staff and maintenance were very courteous and helpful.

Great location, needs a few updates

This was more of a VRBO style unit than a hotel. The unit was clean other than some crumbs left in the stove eyes. The location was exceptional we could walk everywhere we wanted to go. I would have liked to have had a bit more TP, only two partial rolls were in the unit when we arrived. There are also no TV's in the bedrooms much to my Childs dismay.

Very outdated, Part of the microwave was taped on, the dishwasher door only opens halfway, stained carpet, scuffed walls, the overall smell of the building was very strong smelling cooked spices that lasted all three days we were there, not enough garbage bags or toilet paper supplied, definitely will not visit the Louisville location again.

Wasn’t sure what to think at first but turned out to be a great booking. Perfect size for the amount of people we had, giving everyone enough space to feel comfortable.
