Publié le 25 févr. 2024 sur HotelsThey overbooked our room. Gave us an upgrade but the room was not handicapped accessible. Then every time we left the room our room keys wouldn't work to get us back in. We had to go back to the front desk and get more room keys. It made for a not pleasant experience.

The room we upgraded you to was only a bigger version of what you had reserved on Hotels.com, a one-bedroom suite, which is not listed as handicapped accessible, as well. I sincerely apologize for the confusion and hope you'll give us another chance in the future.

U of L visit for our grand daughters college
Publié le 21 févr. 2024 sur Hotelsvery nice looking, classy interior.. ,big tv , hot strong shower, great internet even on the 3rd floor. beds a bit hard but okay. many pillows, many towels, great breakfast selection, nice warm clean pool and pool area, everyone i met that worked there was great, friendly and more personable and welcoming than most places we stay and we stay alot of different areas ,, overall, best for price, , every thing in the are, shopping , ease of interstate, access and restaurants
