Front desk was extremely friendly. Disliked that we had trouble with the key cards had to go back down to front desk at midnight since our cards would not work Numerous black Hair was found on the bed sheets Chair arms was very loose No light bulb in beside lamp

Night douche management

Had a friend over and i guess our music got a little too loud and had a noise complaint called in. The management called us and i quickly turned off the music however the hotel rep continued to go on and scold me like i was some child, bro i understood as soon as you said noise complaint you didn't have to go on and on i'm not a damn kid. Def won't be coming back to stay at this hotel.

Booked on Hotels.vom and they cancelled my reservation because they charged my card before I even got there and told me I couldn't have my room. And had to find a room

Staff was friendly enough. The property could use some upkeep. Issues with my rooms main door, desk chair was ghetto, wonky bathroom door handle, an abundance of bird crap on the sidewalk at the stairs entrance. Breakfast was decent.
