Beautiful building, great design. Impeccable and friendly service. Central location, easy to walk everywhere. Very comfortable room and beds. Take care in streets around the property.

Overall, the hotel was conveniently close to Perrache station, as well as various places to eat. The rooms were comfortable and clean. I would stay here again, but there are one or two things I would note:
1. Breakfast was ok, but didn't think was that great. There are plenty of good restaurants nearby I would recommend more highly.
2. There is no elevator. The stairs aren't too bad, but a little steep.
3. The staff were friendly, but not all the staff spoke English that well, but did try to understand. So the use of translation apps would be useful.

Beautiful property with exceedingly welcoming and accomodating staff, with excellent recommendations for activities and restaurants. Highly recommend this stay to any who pass through Lyon

This was a quick stop over from Marseille to Strasburg, Hotelo and Lyon did not disappoint! The staff was so kind and helpful and the hotel was charming and wonderful! Brasserie Georges was recommended for dinner - 5 min walk at the most, amazing food and atmosphere, look it up. Historical place, packed and wonderful! Place Bellecour, main square was a 15 min EASY walk through a shaded park with tons of shopping and food options along the way. We are traveling with my 80 yr old a parent and 2 teen girls and never felt uncomfortable or unsafe. Would LOVE to visit Lyon again…someday!
