Hotel needs a few tweaks
Posted Feb. 25, 2024 on HotelsOverall clean, needs a little attention to detail, wardrobe is very near to tea station and there were tea/ coffee stains on it.
Maintenance- unfortunately someone has burned the carpet in two places with the iron.
The toilet role holder has broken, the sink is very scratched and not sure if the fan is working in bathroom. Also a bit of mould on shower tray.
Right side handle on dressing table comes off.
Breakfast was OK, however could have improved with more options for fruit and pastries. Cooked breakfast was on the cold side with cold plates.
All the staff were nice and friendly.
Very nice sea view from bedroom and comfortable bed.

Love this hotel and is perfect for a quick overnight or weekend stay to recharge our batteries

The Queen's provided just what we wanted, a convenient place to rest our head, with quality food, excellent service and a pleasant atmosphere.

Excellent hotel
Posted Jan. 23, 2024 on HotelsEverything about the Queens was good, car parking across the road very convenient, all the staff we spoke to were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast excellent.
All in all a very good Saturday/Sunday night at the Queens.
We will return in summer without the gale force winds and rain.

Posted Jan. 6, 2024 on HotelsThe staff were lovely. I was a little worried about the noise as it's on top of a pub but actually there was no noise there. Breakfast was great. The view outside is fantastic.
