want my refund now My reservation was not accepted
Posted Dec. 4, 2022 on HotelsMy reservation waa not accepted because the receptionist said that i reserved few minutes before and when this occurs the reservation will be only valid to the next day.
So i need to pay again another reservation on the reception, and i did it because i really need to rest. I want my refund because i didnt use this reservation

Weather all over the year its important to have minibars in the rooms. Receptionist (Licia?) was way above average and was a great help indicating activities and making sure the stay was friendly

Posted Feb. 13, 2024 on HotelsCafé da manhã fraquíssimo! Poucas opções, café acabando toda hora, pouca reposição. Travesseiro ruim. Apesar de estar a duas quadras de pajuçara, não tivemos coragem de ir andando à noite, pois, a rua de trás é mal iluminada e cheia de moradores de rua. Não retornarei. A ideia do hotel é ser barato mas peçam em uma experiência ruim. Melhor investir seu dinheiro se hospedando num hotel de verdade!

Posted Jan. 18, 2024 on Hotelsfoi uma experiência boa,é a 2 vez de hospedagem nesse hotel,porém o café servido pela manhã caiu de qualidade,com menos opções a oferecer,muita fila,demora demais com excessos de hospede,faltou um pouco de silêncio aos hóspedes que estavam dormindo, com a chegada de hóspedes, muito barulho de. madrugada no corredor.
