All personnel were very friendly and accommodating. Dinis at the Piano Bar was extremely helpful, friendly and a great bartender. Our favorite part was the falcon handler who kept the pigeons away from the outside eating area. Property is updated and beautiful! This was our first trip to Madeira, but definitely not the last!

Posted Sep. 14, 2023 on HotelsGreat hotel, with excellent service. We felt great in the hotel. Nice pools, good food, service. Upon arrival, we were assigned a room which was right above the restaurant on the 2nd level [not very comfortable]. We asked to change and got a room on the 6th floor with an ocean view and a large terrace. We recommend the hotel for a holiday stay.

My kids loved swimming pool, loads activities for kids, me and my wife liked dining options 4 different restaurants and all inclusive. Location very good 5min walk to ocean, loads shops and restaurants around.
