Firstly I had to go to reception MULTIPLE times because my room key was not working I got a total of 7 room keys because they were constantly not working okay cool ! BUT THEN the day of check out (I only stayed one day ) THEY CALLED MY ROOM AT 8:58am stating that we had to be out by 11 LIKE WE DIDNT KNOW THAT ! Not only did they call my room they set there clocks 15 minutes ahead of the actual time so you can leave earlier than check out they came 20 minutes before 11 and stated that it was check out time and we needed to leave immediately it was 10:40 and I just got out the shower because I was preparing to leave I will never be staying here again .

Room was terribly dirty. Newly remodeled rest room looked like it hadn’t been cleaned. Dirty wash cloth on the bedroom floor. Even worse to discover in the morning the mattress is stained with what appears to be blood. Disgusting.. I’ll never go back.

It was a fantastic stay. Very kind and helpful staff. The room was great and it was nice and quiet at night. Definitely will be staying here again.

Check in took about 20 minutes. The towels in the bathroom looked like they never changed them. Looked like someone’s make up was smeared on some. Throughout hours of the night 9:00 PM, 11:30 PM, 1AM and 3 AM there was a guy trying to get in the room and constantly knocking. Seen the same guy in the morning during checkout and apparently my room wasn’t the only room he tried getting into at night. There excuse was he was drunk. Could have gone wrong in so many ways. The checkout staff were very helpful and had good spirits though.

The room i was assigned was in extremely poor condition and dirty. The room looked nothing like the photos listed with this hotel. Also the room was on the first floor with the window not latched, I did not feel safe. I left as I did not feel comfortable or safe! Very disappointed and am trying to get a refund.
