I went to check in at 230 and was told to come back at 315. Check in was at 3:00. Once I came back I was told I wasn’t getting a king room due to a late check in! Even though I was there early. I was told that Expedia overbooked their king rooms by 30 rooms. I specifically wanted a king room and then got 2 double beds.

Almost perfect
Publié le 14 févr. 2024 sur HotelsThe hotel was nice and the bar area was good. We were attending an event that was at the Alliant Energy Center, so location perfect. I would have given a higher overall rating, but I had booked a King room through Expedia and was given a double without explanation. When I brought it up, no discount or offers were made to me.
