Staff were excellent, friendly and very helpful with information about the local area. Close to local, beautiful beaches and walks. Fantastic communication from time of booking, arrival until departure. Highly recommended place to stay.

Could do with a bit TLC

Perfect relaxing break
Posted Sep. 7, 2017 on ExpediaWe were nervous of going due to reading a bad review at the last minute, but are so glad we did!! The complex was perfect and so quiet and relaxing. Reception staff were very helpful too. The area was lovely with walking access to 3 beaches. The apartment had everything you needed. It was tired in places, but was clean and comfortable and everything worked. We would go again.

Pros: Pool
Location: Perfect beach 2 min to walk from hotel nice restaurant 1 min.to walk bus stop 5 min.
It was ok if I can say that.Pool was Clean and wasnt busy.Pllace around and beach wow.

Pros: Fantastic location close to beach and supermarket. Very helpful and friendly staff on reception. Lovely large and private terrace. Aircon.
Cons: General state of the room, tired with peeling paintwork, much smaller than expected, would have liked a kettle.
Location: Two beautiful beaches nearby ideal for swimming with lifeguard in attendance. Choice of nearby cafes and restaurants, close to a bus stop.
Enjoyable holiday with beautiful cala mandia within walking distance along an attractive path with steps leading down to the cove which was also great for swimming. Good beachside café for eating lunch with typical Spanish fare including tortilla and sangria.

Cons: Clean more and there should be staff to ask for assistance
Location: Beach,site seeing
There ever any staff to ask for anything and it's in the middle of nowhere airport is an hour away

Lovely Apartments

Pros: staff members, swimming pool
Cons: towels and bedding should be changed daily
the area should be managed appropriately to avoid ants
Location: no nightclubs around, a couple good restaurants just nearby, beach is 5 minutes away
On the booking itinerary it was stated that check in is between 2 and 5 pm. having arrived just after 2pm we have discovered that in fact check in is between 9am-1pm and 4pm-8pm. This was not really pleasant as having called the hotel's emergency number we had been informed that there is no one to come round until 4pm so we had to spend 2 hours at the beach with luggages.
The fact that no one comes to change the bedding and towels during the stay was quite dissatisfying.
Our view is that the hotel and the area are perfect for a family holiday but not if you're looking to have a few good nights out. However, the staff members were excellent and very informative

Pros: We liked how it was operating two years ago, now nothing to like that unfortunately.
Cons: Inform all guests of the rules to behave, train well the hotel staff or to hire professionals. make some renovations to the hotel, toilet paper...
Location: Good location, close the the sea, the things nearby were not explained to us properly by the staff, so we missed most of them except for the caves...
We were here a couple of years ago and were so impressed that wanted to return in June 2017. And it was a mistake:(. The staff - young totally unprofessional girls, lying or not responding, not knowing anything neither about the local infrastructure nor how the hotel is operating...the favorite answer is 'I don't know...' - is it possible to get the second room key? - I will call but I don't know...and we never got it in two weeks. - why the room cleaning didn't happen? I don't know... Is the grass cut every week so that we can plan to get away from the terrible noise - I don't know at all... Is there a local bus ... Simple questions, the same answers, no help...the place is run down, old stuffy smelling very small rooms, the parking is over charged 10EUR a day. The room cleaning is once a week but Did not happen, No toilet paper, no hair dryer, no kettle, no toaster, the water cooler is not working, the guard peeping into the windows. Guests are washing feet in the kids swimming pool, no pool hours established, there can be lots of pool noise and splashing during midnight. The staff are talking loudly in the inner yard in the morning and during siesta time waking up all guests. Very disappointing:(
